YouSee – I don’t wanna see
I have a sign on my mailbox saying "Commercials – No thank you" and this actually works. I never get commecials. This morning I opened my mailbox and I had received a letter from TDC (biggest teleprovider in Denmark). On the envelope it said "To the resident – Murergade 18 st. mf., 2200". The letter was of course not personal but just a commercial. Then I ask myself – the milliondollar question: What is the difference between this letter, and spam in my gmail? They deliver unwanted mail and my antispam filter (the "no commercial" sticker) doesn’t have a chance. If the letter was electronic they would probably have been sued to hell. At least they could put a small note in the bottom of the page telling people how to unsubscribe – like normail electronic newsletters.
